Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your candle! Due to the nature of our products:

  • All returns must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • Opened or used candles cannot be returned, and in such cases, we will notify you via email and return the order to you.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund orders that do not arrive at our warehouse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your candle arrives damaged or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and process your return, our Customer Care team will contact you to confirm the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraudulent activity, we may contact you for further details or reserve the right to cancel and refund flagged orders.
